Beep is opt-in, period. This is the line we don't cross:

🔒 No plate look-ups. No shadow profiles. No surveillance. You can only post your own vehicle. Nobody can pull you up by a license plate. If you didn't post it, it isn't here. Built that way at the database level — not a promise, a guarantee.
🤝 Ratings and comments only on profiles that opted in, about the build — never the person. Report → review → remove.
